HAMMOS Association is a community-based organization in Timor-Leste dedicated to improving public health through education, prevention, and volunteer healthcare services.

We believe that health knowledge is the key to a better future. Through peer-to-peer education, community outreach, and collaboration with healthcare professionals and students, we help communities understand reproductive health, disease prevention, and healthy living practices.

Our mission is to reach remote communities and empower young people to build a healthier Timor-Leste.
